Job Description
- Trouble shooting the global services network, such as internet VPN, IPVPN etc.
- Monitoring and trouble shooting the cloud service and international voice service.
- Monitoring and trouble shooting the customers’ network.
- Configuration and Testing on IPVPN and other services.
- Service quality improvement.
- Any other customer support.

Working time
- Office time: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday (40 hours/week).
- Shift time: 08:00 – 20:00 and 20:00 – 08:00 (40 hours/week).
Salary Start from 350 USD (Entry Level) and shift allowance (Shift working).
