Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for Hardware Installation, Software Commissioning, Acceptance test for devices of data communication network (router, switch, firewall, security devices …)

Provide 1^st line technical support to customers on Data Communication Network devices including solving technical problem and fault, daily operation maintenance and devices upgrading.

Skills/Qualifications:

Degrees Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer field or related fields.

Familiar with technical knowledge in Data Communication: e.g. RIP, OSPF, BGP routing protocols; QoS, LAN Switching, VoIP …

Customer service oriented, Ability to work in a team, Ability to work under pressure

CCNA/CCNP Knowledge is preferred. JNCIA/JNCIS in Routing/Switching/Security is an advance.

Familiar with common softwares (Windows OS, MS Office, MS Visio …). Linux is an advance.

English skills in reading and writing
